An exterior door and new stairs were added going from ground level to second floor. The stairs are rough framed on the interior of the building. Another interior staircase was added between 2nd and 3rd floors. Rough framing to separate the buildings from each other. Two electrical meters to be installed (no electrical run from the panel). The sprinkler system is now separated by building. A new fire sprinkler water line is being installed which will allow each owner to install their own riser, if desired.

The numbers are in, and our Rome office has something worth talking about.

When we compared Realty ONE Group Edge’s Rome roster with three larger Floyd County brokerages using MLS production data, we found that our agents ranked #1 in several key productivity measures.

82.5% of our Rome agents closed at least one transaction in the last 12 months — the highest percentage among the four brokerages reviewed.

And this isn’t just about getting one deal across the finish line.

20% of our Rome roster closed 15 or more transactions.
7.5% closed 30 or more transactions.

Both percentages ranked #1 among four of Floyd County’s largest brokerages reviewed.

We also had the lowest percentage of agents with zero closings.

Simply put: our agents aren’t standing on the sidelines. They’re doing business.

That matters because we have never believed the success of a brokerage should be measured simply by how many licenses it can stack on a roster.

We measure success by whether our agents are building productive, sustainable businesses.

And that is what makes these numbers meaningful.

On several important measures of agent productivity, our Rome roster ranks #1.

We believe that reflects the COOLture, Support, Accountability, Training, and Business environment we continue to build around our agents.

There is always more work to do and another level to reach.
