These Belmont Avenue properties are tied to a Gateway project that started in the 1990s. The first phase brought the CVS and Cynwyd Heritage Trail parking, but the rest stalled.

Now the Green Lane Bridge rehabilitation could finally help move the project forward.

Uncle Giuseppe’s Marketplace is coming to DeKalb Plaza in late 2027. The Italian grocery store is known for its fresh pasta, mozzarella, baked goods, Italian deli and prepared foods, many made right in front of customers.

Big changes are coming to DeKalb Plaza!
Hobby Lobby is closing August 22, Lakeshore Learning is closing October 3, and Raising Cane’s is officially coming—with a new drive-thru restaurant planned near the entrance along DeKalb Pike. 🍗

Another business is also expected to replace Hobby Lobby, but no official announcement has been made yet.

Goodness Bowls is coming to Conshohocken!

The healthy-eats café has signed a lease at 200 Fayette Street, where it plans to open its tenth location and establish its new corporate headquarters!

Expect açaí and protein bowls, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, toasts, wraps, and more. The opening is projected for early 2027.

The Main Line had its own airport?!

For decades, planes took off and landed along Swedesford Road near Paoli, on land that would eventually become part of the Great Valley Corporate Center.

The Main Line Airport was established in 1929, and while the traditional airport operation wound down in the early 1950s, aviation continued on the property into the 1970s.
Another piece of Main Line history hiding in plain sight.
