During each visit, a certified HVAC technician will:

Inspect, clean, and tune the HVAC equipment

Check electrical connections

Verify proper system controls

Inspect key components

Evaluate airflow

Clean and check drains

This proactive service helps ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably throughout the year.

Maintenance Plan Options

Single Annual Visit

$149 for the first system

$129 for each additional system

$25 administrative fee per visit

Two Visits Per Year (Recommended – Spring & Fall)

$179 for the first system

$100 for each additional system

$25 administrative fee per visit

Regular servicing is far less expensive than emergency repairs or premature system replacement, and it can help minimize tenant complaints, unexpected outages, and high repair costs.

How to Enroll

If you would like to enroll your property in the HVAC maintenance program, simply reply to this email with one of the following:

“Opt-in 1 visit” – for one annual maintenance visit
“Opt-in 2 visits” – for spring and fall maintenance visits

Our team will then coordinate scheduling with the tenant and ensure the service is completed and documented.
