How you use your space matters more than how much of it you have.

Some people need room to work from home, host family, or just have a little separation between different parts of their day. Others want a place that's close to campus, the Parkway, and the coffee shop they're at three mornings a week.

Inventory is growing, buyers have more breathing room, and pricing has stayed relatively steady. That does not mean things have slowed down. It means strategy matters more than it did a year ago.
