I grew up in the local area and love my Florida lifestyle. I fell in love with Real Estate as a buyer and seller of homes when the military told us we had to move every 3 years from 1998-2015. Home was wherever the Coast Guard told us to go. We started

buying the worst homes in the best neighborhoods we could find, this way our kids could go to the best schools and we could spend time fixing the home and then sell. In 2015, we finally came back home to Tampa Bay with the plan to retire and start our own business flipping homes and investing in short-term rentals. I stand out from the local competition due to my knowledge of Pinellas County, my passion for our community, and our lifestyle here. There’s nothing better than seeing buyers reconnect with the excitement of finding “the one.” 🏡✨

My buyers started their home search awhile back, but like so many people, they became frustrated with high interest rates and overpriced homes and decided to pause their search for a bit.
