A Passion for Real Estate
Growing up my father was a real estate developer in South Florida, exposing me to the real estate industry at a young age. On the weekends, my parents had a hobby of visiting open houses and that’s where my passion for Real Estate began. I attended Flagler College followed by Florida Atlantic University where I earned a BBA with a major in Real Estate. Additionally, I stu
died interior design at Florida State College at Jacksonville giving me an eye for space planning and staging. Twenty-Five Year Career
My career in Real Estate began in 1996 at Bay Harbor, a luxury yachting, golf and equestrian community in Northern Michigan. Working with high net-worth individuals I sold homes up to $3,000,000 with an average sale price of $950,000. After 5 years, I returned to St. Augustine, earned my Florida broker’s license, and joined New World Realty. In 2003, I purchased Schmagel’s Bagels, a deli in the historic district, all the while continuing to sell real estate, specifically Bed & Breakfast consulting and sales. Then in 2011, I accepted the position as the Sales & Marketing Director for Allegro Senior Living. As the Sales Director, I led the company in occupancy, maintaining 100% with a waiting list for several years. When schools closed during the pandemic, I left Allegro and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty so that I could be home with my son. My first year at BHHSFNR I made Honor Society (top 16% in the company nationwide) and earned Luxury Collection Specialist and Certified Relocation Specialist designations. Now as a full-time Realtor, I am dedicated to my clients in providing attentive, outstanding service in all their real estate needs. Augustine is My Community and I Love it Here. I fell in love with St. Augustine at an early age while spending summers at my family’s beach house in Butler Beach. Although Boca Raton was my hometown, I felt most at home here. Augustine has been my full-time home for twenty years and over time my parents and all my siblings have made St. Augustine their home as well. I am a single mom to my son Emmet and we have a rescue pup named Scout. Together we enjoy all coastal pursuits including surfing, beach volleyball, sunrise walks on the beach, boating and fishing. When I’m not working or playing on the beach, I enjoy all the history and culture St. Augustine has to offer including fine dining, festivals, historical re-enactments and concerts. I give back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for First Coast Technical College Education Foundation, Multiple List Service (MLS) Board of Directors and membership in the P.E.O (Philanthropic Education Organization).
