I always say I’ve pretty much been in real estate my entire life, and it’s definitely in my blood - parents, aunts, uncles, and even several cousins are in real estate too - so it’s been a huge part of who I am for as long as I can remember.

Tonight, I got to take part in celebrating the grand opening of Silver Bay, the third Active Adult Community my Uncle Bill has brought to Putnam County over the last few decades. And this time, one of my cousins and one of my ‘nephews’ (what do you call a cousin’s son?? 😂) partnered with him to bring it all together. It was a full circle moment, and a full house as everyone gathered for the official ribbon cutting and a tour of the grounds, model homes, and gorgeous amenities.

So congratulations to Uncle Bill on another amazing community! And if you’re looking for affordable luxury 55+ living, I’d be happy to connect you.

We're a month into the new school year here in St Johns County, and this season is a lot for our educators and school staff. So we want to show a little extra love to our local schools, and we need your help...

The first things I'd do if I bought this home 👇

1️⃣ Take my coffee out to the extended covered lanai and watch the lake wake up.

2️⃣ Call the pool company. Oversized, fully fenced, and the perfect blank slate - with the lake as the backdrop.

3️⃣ Claim the upstairs loft for movie nights. Sectional, projector, popcorn, done.

4️⃣ Take a walk. Quiet streets, larger lots, room to breathe, the perfect neighborhood for long walks with the dog.
