SOLD! Another Chapter Closed at 520 Florida Club Blvd. #208!

This one was a little extra special. My sellers were past customers who trusted me once again to help them with their real estate needs. Along the way, I also had the opportunity to represent the buyers—and just 17 days after going under contract, we made it to the closing table!

Representing both sides of a transaction comes with an added responsibility: making sure everyone is informed, communicating clearly, and helping keep the transaction moving forward from contract to closing.

The best part? Happy sellers. Happy buyers. And a successful closing for everyone involved.
