Apparently it’s time for a bigger house… but leaving the friends on our street is “absolutely not an option” 😭🏡

So now I’m supposed to find:
✔️ More square footage
✔️ More bedrooms
✔️ Bigger garage
✔️ Dream house vibes

…all within ONE MILE because she made too many friends 😂

Purple Martin nest update 🐣

We pulled the birdhouses down to check the nests and EVERY single one had something in it.

Eggs… tiny babies… bigger babies with feathers getting ready to fly. It’s honestly wild seeing all the different stages of life at the same time.

One of the coolest things about Purple Martins is they return to the same nesting sites year after year to breed. These birds migrate all the way back from South America every spring and somehow find their way back to our yard again.

Honestly one of my favorite parts about living in St. Augustine is getting to experience stuff like this right in your own backyard 🌴

Every PCS move seems to come with a story, and this one was no different.

At one point, they were told finding a 5-bedroom home under $500,000 in St. Johns County wasn't realistic. A few showings later, we found exactly that... and it's on a cul-de-sac.
