Two years ago, I had the pleasure of helping this wonderful couple with their real estate journey, and this year, they trusted me once again to help them find something truly special.

After touring several beautiful oceanfront homes in Ponte Vedra Beach, they found the one. The views were breathtaking, the French country details were stunning, and they knew there was no need to keep looking.

There’s something extra special about getting to help the people who have been part of your life for a long time. ❤️

Penny was my next-door neighbor more than 20 years ago, back when our kids were young and life looked very different for both of us. Over the years, life took us in different directions—but some friendships just pick right back up where they left off.

This spring, I had the joy of being at Penny and Randy’s beautiful beach wedding, and now I’ve been lucky enough to help them close on their new home nearby. 🏡

I couldn’t be happier for these two and this wonderful new chapter they’re starting together.
