PS: That doesn't mean you need to renovate your kitchen or spend thousands of dollars on updates.

This is your mid-week PSA that not *every* seller needs to spend thousands of dollars preparing their home before it sells 👀

In this case, three sons were helping their dad transition into memory care + wanted to make the process as smooth as possible.

We initially marketed the home privately + when the early offers weren't quite right, we began preparing for a full market launch by lining up painters, carpet, professional cleaning + staging.

Before any of that work happened, the right buyer came along.

They loved the home as it was + the seller accepted a great offer without having to invest additional time or money into updates.

Every home (+ every seller's situation) is different. That's why we don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice. Sometimes preparing your home for market is absolutely the right move. Other times, the best strategy is knowing when not to spend the money.

The value isn't in having one plan, it's in having the right plan 🩵
