This South Tampa neighborhood took a real hit during Helene. Since then it’s been in a major transformation, new construction going up block after block. Some homeowners repaired what they had. A lot of others either sold the lot or rebuilt from scratch.

Here’s why it’s one of the highest demand spots in Tampa Bay right now:

• Close to Hyde Park, Bayshore, and downtown
