In 1992 I began my career in education as a Special Education Teacher. I went on to earn my Masters Degree in Education and served the community’s children with special needs for 29 years before I retired in 2020. As an educator

By serving in Southwest ISD, San Antonio ISD, and Northside ISD, I am familiar with San Antonio and surrounding areas. I am a problem solver, hard worker, listener, and a determined negotiator. I am proud to have raised one son who served in the Navy for 11 years. I also have three beautiful grandsons that fill my heart with joy every day.
