The San Antonio market continues to shift toward a more balanced market 👀🏡

Inventory is rising 📈, buyers have more options 🙌, and homes are taking a little longer to sell ⏳ - but well-priced, well-prepared homes are still moving and attracting strong interest.

What I’m seeing locally:
- Buyers are being more selective 🧐
- Negotiation is back 🤝
- Pricing strategy matters more than ever 📊
- The $200K–$499K range continues to dominate activity 🏠

This isn’t a “bad” market - it’s just a different one than we’ve seen the last few years. The opportunities are still there, but strategy matters 💡

But instead of:
