💥Myth-busting what people are hearing about the market right now.

1️⃣ Mortgage rates aren’t actually expecting drop dramatically.
2️⃣ Inventory is still below normal levels overall.
3️⃣ Home prices are not crashing.

✅ Rates are expected to stay steady around 6%. Even with the recent drop, they will typciall fluctuate without a dramatic fall.

✅In San Diego, inventory is beginning to creep up, it’s still relatively low. Buyers have more options that last year, but we aren’t seeing a flood of homes or price drops.

✅ Desirable homes are still moving fairly quickly.

If you live in San Diego long enough than you know that the sun doesn’t actually shine every day all day in San Diego. But you don’t have to let that get you down.

Here are some ways you can beat the gloom.

⭐️embrace slow mornings and quiet beaches. A cozy morning, a quiet walk and a hot cup of coffee.

⭐️Head east and chase the ☀️! Take advantage of all that San Diego has to offer and take a day trip or weekend to one of the many destinations within an hour’s drive! Julian, Temecula, Ramona, just to name a few.

⭐️Golden hour walks 🌅 because San Diego sunsets still show up and show off.

Okay, let’s talk about multigenerational living — because there’s the idea… and then there’s the reality.

More families are choosing to live together right now — not because they have to, but because it can actually be a really smart move financially and relationally. But it’s not as simple as “let’s just buy a bigger house.”

Here’s the real dish 👇
