I received this referral on June 5th from a past client: buyers relocating from Northern California to San Diego to be closer to family.

The challenge? They could only fly down for short showing windows, so we had to make every trip count. Within a couple weeks, we found the one, an absolutely gorgeous, immaculate home that had just hit the market.

We negotiated $25K under asking during its first weekend on the market, the sellers agreed to our repair requests, and we closed on July 16th.

From introduction to keys in just 41 days, one of my quickest referral-to-closing turnarounds yet. And honestly, this was one of those transactions that reminds you how good real estate can be when everyone works together. Great buyers, great sellers, a great agent on the other side, and an incredibly smooth escrow from start to finish.
