Some developers start with a large portfolio.
started with a vision.
What began as the redevelopment of a 10,000-square-foot building into a restaurant and coworking space became the foundation for something much bigger: a multi-phase community development project designed to create lasting impact in her hometown of Milwaukee.
That’s why we’re excited to have Sisi speaking at the Local Real Estate Developer Meetup in Louisville, KY.
After successfully redeveloping and exiting her first major commercial project, Sisi reinvested into a church-led development that includes senior housing, a memory care facility, and single-family homes, proving that development can be both financially rewarding and deeply meaningful.
At this year’s meetup, Sisi will share lessons learned from:
• Redeveloping and repositioning commercial real estate
• Recognizing when it’s time to sell and scale
• Leveraging one successful project into larger opportunities
• Building community-focused developments through strategic partnerships
• Creating legacy through development, not just wealth
What makes Sisi’s story so powerful is that she’s not just building projects.
She’s building opportunities for others.
Her journey is a reminder that development isn’t always about the biggest deal in the room. Sometimes it’s about having the vision to take one project, one relationship, and one opportunity and turn it into something that impacts an entire community.
If you’re interested in development with purpose, partnerships, and long-term impact, you’ll want to be in this room.
