Following his passion and continuing to push himself to greater success, he assumed the mound at San Diego State University where he joined the Aztecs baseball team and graduated with his Bachelor’s degree. Money comes and goes, but some purchases keep paying you back.

Living somewhere you love. Making memories with family and friends. Enjoying everything San Diego has to offer. Those are the things I’d spend money on every time.

What would you add?

Every client has a story.

No two moves are the same. Some are exciting. Some are unexpected. Some come after months of planning, while others happen because life changes in an instant.

That’s why I believe the most important part of my job isn’t showing homes or negotiating contracts.

It’s understanding what matters most to the people I’m working with.

When you take the time to listen first, you can give better advice, build a better strategy, and help people move forward with confidence.

Real estate has always been about people first. The house comes second.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is that growth doesn’t happen overnight.

It’s the result of making small improvements, staying curious, and being willing to learn from your experiences.

For me, that has meant reading, listening, asking questions, and even doing the personal work that helps me become a better communicator, leader, and advisor.

I don’t think growth is just about business. It’s about becoming someone who can better serve the people around you.

The more I continue to learn and grow, the better I can help my clients navigate some of the biggest decisions they’ll ever make.

What’s one habit that’s helped you grow over the last few years?

I’ve always believed that if something is worth doing, it’s worth giving it everything you’ve got.

That’s the mindset I bring to every client and every transaction.

Whether I’m helping someone buy their first home, guiding a family through a sale, or working with an investor, I’m fully invested in finding the best outcome, not just the fastest one.

Real estate isn’t something I take lightly, and neither do the people who trust me to guide them through it.

If I’m in your corner, you can expect honesty, preparation, and someone who’s committed from start to finish.

I believe the best real estate advisors do more than help you buy or sell a home.

They help you make confident decisions.

That means understanding your goals, looking beyond today’s market, and thinking about how today’s decisions will impact you years from now.

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property you’ve owned for decades, or investing for the future, my role is the same: to provide honest guidance, thoughtful strategy, and help you make the move that’s right for you.

Real estate isn’t just about the next transaction. It’s about building long-term trust.

If you’re looking for advice on the San Diego market, I’m always happy to be a resource.

Whether you’re a business owner, entrepreneur, or simply trying to become the best version of yourself, I’ve found that the biggest improvements usually come from small, consistent steps.

My goal isn’t to be perfect.

It’s to be 1% better every day.

Some days that means becoming a better leader. Other days it’s learning something new, taking better care of my health, or finding a better way to serve my clients.

Those small improvements add up over time.

The same mindset applies to real estate. The best outcomes rarely come from one big decision. They’re built through preparation, consistency, and making the right choices along the way.

What’s one area of your life you’re working to improve by 1%?

A lesson I’ve carried with me came from a trip I took with my dad and grandfather when I was seven years old.

I watched them look at a piece of land and see something that didn’t exist yet. They weren’t focused on what was there. They were focused on what it could become.

That experience changed the way I think.

Today, I bring that same mindset to every client I work with. Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, I believe the best decisions come from thinking beyond the next move and looking at the bigger picture.

Real estate isn’t just about today’s market. It’s about putting yourself in the best position for tomorrow.

How far ahead do you think when making big decisions?

San Diego has always been a city people are drawn to.

What started as California’s first settlement has grown into one of the most desirable places to live in the country.

People move here for the weather and lifestyle, but they stay for the opportunities, strong local economy, outdoor living, and sense of community.

Those are some of the same reasons San Diego real estate continues to see long-term demand.

For me, San Diego will always be home. And after generations of watching this city grow, it’s easy to see why so many people choose to put down roots here.

What’s your favorite thing about living in San Diego?

What’s the most important insurance when you’re buying a home?

Title insurance.

It’s a one-time cost during escrow, but it protects you long after you close.

Here’s what it actually does:

• Makes sure there are no liens on the property.

• Confirms there are no unpaid taxes tied to it.

• Protects against fraud or ownership issues.

• Ensures no one can come back later and claim rights to the home.

It’s one of those things people don’t think about much, but it matters more than most realize.

When you’re buying a home, you want to be certain it’s truly yours.

Did you know what title insurance actually covered before reading this?
