🇮🇪 ☘️ Our Irish heritage runs deep on my paternal mother’s side: born Mary Ester Buckley, our “Mummzy” a fair Irish lass, would make corn beef and cabbage every Saint Patrick’s Day in honor of the homeland. A tradition that I’ve missed with her since her passing in 2009, however, will be carried on for future generations of Goodall family members to enjoy!

Sitting here the last few days recharging, enjoying being off the grid and focusing on sleep, physical health and closing out the end of the year strong while approaching 2024 with focus, a game plan, intent and preparing for the unknown that often catches us off guard.

I realized, we’re all going through something this year and especially this holiday season. The year of 2023 has been hectic, full of change, full of speed bumps for nearly everyone demographic in my life: friends, family, clients, associates, coworkers, acquaintances… and EVEN MYSELF!

Yes you heard that right… this year, while being productive and definitely one of growth, prosperity and development; absolutely beat me up!

BUT… I realize very few people I’ve spent time with or talked to, have been willing to admit they’re going through something. There’s almost an unspoken rule: we all have to put out the facade that life is great, perfect, flawless… without misfortune, without mistakes, without loss. NONE OF WHICH IS TRUE!

So for everyone out there who’s been going through a season or year of change, of speed bumps, of learning from challenge… know you’re not alone! I’m willing to guesstimate that nearly 95% of those around you are also dealing with something similar. I only say this as encouragement, admiration for those of you who keep pushing and working hard and just to let you know… you’ve got this. If you need someone to chat, text, talk, or even remind you… send me a DM, we’re all gonna get through this together!

Cheers to the Holidays and New Year… let’s finish of 2023 right and make sure 2024 is the best yet!!
