Hello my friends and neighbors. I would like to invite you all to the Peace and Love Picnic this Friday April 10th at 530pm at Azalea Park at the corner of Poplar and Violet. The idea is to hold space for our children and our community to feel the power of Peace of Love within our community. It is a protest that will focus on exalting the power of Peace and Love and rejecting the calls from our leaders for war and hate.

We can make signs and buttons to express ourselves. We can stand at the corner of poplar and violet to share our signs with the slow and steady traffic at that intersection staying safely within the park area at all times. We can make noise with our voices, drums, or instruments if you have them. The idea is to promote the values of Peace and Love for the benefit our community, our humanity and our future.

As an exaltation of the power of Love and Peace, the spirit of our message should be positive and proud. As a protest, we will remain peaceful and loving with those that care to join. All you really need is a blanket, some snacks, water and your peaceful and loving heart.

Today marks 10 years for me in the real estate industry as a salesperson. I’m proud of making it this far and creating a career with the help of Tom and Hedda Parashos. At home, I don’t tolerate leaving the lights on. It’s wasteful and my kids hear about it almost everyday. They are getting better though. The city of San Diego is hundreds of millions of dollars in the hole with hundreds of millions of dollars more projected in deficits for 2026. The LEAST the city can do is turn the lights off when they are not using them. Careless, wasteful, and irresponsible. Do better
