We were so privileged and happy to help our long time friend and repeat client sell his home of 11 years and buy his new one, to start the next chapter of his life. He was a super strong buyer who wasn’t contingent on finding a replacement property and was able to sell quickly for $215,000 over asking, with multiple offers. Wishing him the best in his new home!
