A native of Northern California, I have lived in San Francisco for over two decades and know the vast number of unique neighborhoods of the City by the Bay. in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, I have an extensive background leading Operations and Project Management teams. After working at many large companies in the Bay Area including Apple, Gap, William-Sonoma and Sony, I left the corporate world to pursue my dream of working in Real Estate full-time. I have a great ability to build trusting and sincere relationships with those around me. I bring an acute attention to detail to my clients. Always planning for not just what needs to be done today, but which tasks will be required tomorrow, next week, and beyond. Real estate transactions are complex, so I am here to help absorb the hassles and keep things on track. With this strong skill set, I have been able to rank in the Top 1.5% of agents nationwide. I also help mentor new agents and teach technology in my local market center. In my spare time, I am a passionate activist for equality, volunteering on the local Steering Committee and serving on the National Board of the Human Rights Campaign. I also have vast experience with Homeowners Associations, having served as HOA President for the past 16 years at two different condominium complexes in SF. 1. “SF is cold and foggy everywhere.”
Not exactly. San Francisco is a city of microclimates, so one neighborhood can feel cool and foggy while another is bright and sunny. Where you live can make a big difference in how your home and daily routine feel.

2. “You need a car to live here.”
That really depends on the neighborhood. In many parts of SF, walking, Muni, BART, biking, and nearby shops can make car-free living very doable. In other areas, having a car may still be more convenient.

3. “Living in SF is basically the same everywhere.”
Definitely not. Noe Valley, Hayes Valley, Inner Sunset, South Beach, and other neighborhoods can offer completely different lifestyles, from quiet and residential to lively, walkable, waterfront, or close to nature.
