I helped represent the sellers in this transaction located in Sunnyvale. Just a few minutes from the Tech hub of Silicon Valley, though it might give you the Las Vegas Mirage feeling, where you can see the building and it looks closer than you think but you should probably catch a ride. A little over a month of work but we got it done. This was one of the more challenging transaction I’ve had to work on, but all in all still not bad. If you haven’t been to East San Jose in a while this might surprise you. This is the BART extension to San Jose and it’s going up pretty fast. Is this good for San Jose and the Bay Area? JUST SOLD!!! Congratulations to my buyers!!! It took a few months to get this new construction built. My clients move back to California after a handful of years out of state. They were able to secure a new build in a 55 and over community, which is like a resort. All types of amenities to keep them busy. It kind of reminds me of being on a cruise ship. They even have their own dog park and restaurant, which is pretty nice. One of the best parts is that another couple that is one of their long-term friends also bought in the same community a few streets over so they’ll get to retire with some friends in the neighborhood lol.
