With a background in higher education, coupled with previously owning her own yoga studio, she is committed to helping people realize their big dreams and goals. She's ready to guide you through the world of real estate with a focus on genuine relationships and expertise in creative marketing strategies, innovative technology, and local market knowledge. Outside of real estate, Lolo is a proud new mom to two boys and a lovable rescued pitbull. Her interests span from exploring new coffee shops, enjoying ocean views, savoring culinary delights, sweating it out in a yoga class, and immersing herself in books. Apparently this Huntington Beach home has a “small” bedroom and, in case you were wondering, the sink is in fact perfect for… soap. 😂

All jokes aside, people say “real estate never stops” all the time — and there’s actually a really human reason behind that:

Life doesn’t stop. And people are always moving.

Sometimes it’s because you have to.
Sometimes because you want to.
A new job. A growing family. A fresh start. More space. Less space. A new city. A new season. A completely unexpected transition.

And behind every one of those moves is a real person or family trying to figure out what comes next.

That’s the part of real estate I genuinely love. 🤍

I get to help people navigate those transitions — not just finding the house, but thinking through the decisions, the timing, the numbers, and what makes sense for the life they’re building next.

And occasionally… my little assistant gets to come along for the ride. 🥹

Although judging by these property assessments, my position may not be secure. 😂👀

I know it’s a long video, but I had to be obedient and share this. It’s for someone - I don’t know who or when - but I pray it reaches you. 🫶

Pastor Bao Kieu delivered a 😮‍💨🔥 message at Vive Orange County today for our Psalms for the Summer series. It was perfectly aligned with what God’s been teaching me through my personal study of Job (because that’s what He does, huh?)! 😌

So if this reaches you - may this be your reminder. God is Sovereign. There is pain on the road to PURPOSE. The trials in this season aren’t forever, and God can and will bring you through this valley. Stay anchored in Him. Trust Him. Don’t lose sight of His faithfulness and don’t forget all that He has already brought you through. 🙏🏾

The more I think about it, the more I realize this series isn’t really about moving.

It’s about becoming. And building.

Because coming back to Southern California has reminded me that sometimes it’s not the place that changes… it’s us.

And honestly, I think that’s a gift.

I kept asking God what was next.

He kept bringing me back to what was “now.”

My health.
My habits.
My priorities.
My faith.

Or the big words… OBEDIENCE. SURRENDER. ABIDING. PRUNING. ORDER. 😮‍💨

God had to redirect my eyes. I kept wanting to focus on the vision, the future, the next step… He wanted me to give more attention to the foundation I was building that future upon. The character, the habits, the systems, the faith needed to steward and carry the vision and future I was praying for.
