What has your property management company done to save you money? Here's a few things I've done. For example, door lock broke at an owners home, I went out, inspected it, purchased a new lock set and installed it for $25 TOTAL. Others would have charged you at least $150. In 2025 when nothing is coming down in price, I have reduced management fees to help clients by a whole percent. If you're a Realtor, I'll give you a resource your clients will thank you for. That client will be tagged with your name, they are your client when it comes to sell.
