Mortgage rates continued to move lower last week, but that was mostly due to the "risk-off" trade (selling stocks & buying bonds/gold). Just closed on a particularly complicated sale that involved 4 states,6 lenders, 5 home sales and purchases. It was a doozy to say the least. Everybody got to the finish line BUT the lender for my client's sale and purchase was and always is the best. We closed on our sale here and within an of hour that she had the docs processed and ready to go for their next loan, which avoided their having to get an extension and pay more out of pocket. I have three lenders that are my aces in the hole, and I reccomend them every time. Amanda Carter is one of them. She consistently comes through every time. And this time when we closed, she sent me a lovely box of brownies because she knew how much it took to get this one closed. Thank you and looking forward to working with you.
