Hawaiian Bros just filed for a drive-thru permit in Joliet's Rock Run Collection, landing next to a proposed Culver's near the new Hollywood Casino Joliet.

With only six Illinois locations so far, this would be one of the first true suburban spots for the fast-growing island grill.

Time Out just ranked Au Cheval's double cheeseburger the number one burger in America, beating out spots in LA, Minneapolis, and Brooklyn.

A second Chicago burger, the Wolf Burger at Little Bad Wolf in Andersonville, landed at number 12.

The Bears still own the 326-acre Arlington Heights property, though due diligence is underway on two Indiana sites.
