Small business Saturday is an opportunity for small business owners to connect with customers and increase sales during a critical time of year. People can participate by purchasing from local businesses, sharing/engaging with their content online, and referring friends.
As most of you know, we are selling this property (840 S Broad). We have decided to use this day to continue getting the word out, while also partnering with some amazing small businesses and of course our local realtor for another give away!
For those of yāall who are new here, letās get the FAQs out of the way:
-YES, we are selling this location. What we are NOT doing, is selling the business. This means, Shipwreck will still be Shipwreck, but in a brand new location when the time comes.
-YES, WE ARE OPEN and we will remain open until this location sells. Please donāt stop visiting us, we need your support now, more than ever.

First, everyone meet the man, the myth, the commercial freaking real estate LEGEND, our local realtor, Mikey B š¢š¤“š½ Mike has been patiently waiting by his phone for the right buyer. Heās so eager that he brought his sign to Shipwreck for a beer and agreed to be part of this nonsense at Alexās request.
