I feel compelled to give Zillow a review because of a recent experience:

As a Managing Broker that spends hundreds of dollars per year on rental listings with Zillow, I am truly unsatisfied and upset with Zillow customer support. Zillow has placed the map pin of my rental listing in the wrong location. When I reach out to them for help I find it is impossible to chat or speak with a representative unless I upgrade my account and become a "Premiere Agent". My emails go into a black hole. Since I paid for this advertisement, I would expect a little help. I give Zillow 0 of 5 STARS on this listing! Please correct this issues IMMEDIATELY!!!

Overall the real estate market in Seattle is favoring buyers with a few bright spots. Here is a snapshot of the number of active and pending listings from this morning. When comparing the number of active and pending homes a ratio can be created. Ratios over 60% I consider a sellers market. For example $850-$899 is 63% so it's a soft sellers market. A hot sellers market would have a ratio of well over 100 to 200%.
