I got into this business at 18. More than thirty years later I've been the auctioneer, the broker, the property manager, and the investor, and I've seen every version of real estate chaos there is. Deals where everybody walks away happy. Deals where families still aren't speaking at Thanksgiving. Right now I'm working an estate with 25 heirs. Twenty. Five.
