# Opportunity Overview
We are currently seeking experienced independent real estate professionals, industry leaders, and regional relationship builders to join Latin America MLS as Independent Regional Partners.
This is NOT a traditional employee position.
This is an independent contractor / business development partnership opportunity designed for professionals who want to build long-term recurring income inside a rapidly growing international real estate platform.

# What Regional Partners Do
Regional Partners help:
* Introduce brokers and agencies to Latin America MLS
* Build relationships within their local real estate market
* Assist offices with onboarding and understanding the platform
* Help expand listing inventory and regional awareness
* Support long-term broker relationships
This role is relationship-focused, not high-pressure sales.

# Compensation Structure
Regional Partners operate as independent subcontractors and are paid electronically every two weeks for active commissions earned.
Compensation includes both immediate and recurring income opportunities.
Current structure includes:
* First month subscription commission paid immediately after Latin America MLS successfully collects the first payment from the referred broker office
* 15% recurring commission on active monthly subscription revenue from referred accounts
* 10% participation on qualifying sales commission revenue generated from referred accounts
This structure is designed to allow Regional Partners to build long-term recurring income inside the Latin America MLS network while also receiving immediate rewards for successful account onboarding.
Compensation continues while:
* accounts remain active and paying
* the Regional Partner remains active and in good standing with Latin America MLS
* partnership standards and participation requirements are maintained

# Important Partnership Guidelines
* All broker and customer accounts remain property of Latin America MLS
* This is an independent contractor relationship, not employment
* Regional Partners are responsible for their own local taxes, licensing, and legal compliance within their country
* Latin America MLS reserves the right to modify or terminate partnership participation for inactivity, misconduct, non-performance, or violation of company standards
* Residual participation is intended for active, engaged partners helping grow and support the network long-term
