🎉 Happy Birthday to my real-life mini me, my youngest child, Alysa! 🎉

Today she celebrates her last year as a teenager, and I honestly can't believe how fast the years have gone by.

Alysa has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. From making and selling slime in the 5th grade to now running her own little Gel-X nail salon, she's never been afraid to chase an idea and make it happen.

She is incredibly funny in her own unique way, fiercely loyal, and loves with her whole heart. Watching her grow into the young woman she is today has been one of the greatest joys of my life.

I am so proud of you and all that you've accomplished so far, and I can't wait to see what this next year brings. Wishing you the happiest birthday and an amazing year ahead!

Today is the one day of the year where eating a donut for breakfast is completely acceptable... and eating a second one is just being patriotic. 😆

The Slidell market stayed active through May, and we are continuing to see signs of a competitive market heading into summer.

Here’s a quick look at the numbers for single family homes:

🏡 Average Sales Price Increased to $260K
⏳ Average Days on Market Decreased to 44 Days
📉 Available Homes for Sale Decreased to 537
📈 Sold Listings Increased to 124 Homes

What does this mean?
Homes are continuing to sell faster while inventory remains lower, creating continued opportunity for sellers. Buyers are still active, especially for homes that are priced correctly and presented well.
