Today was the definition of a "Real Estate Win." We officially closed 3203 Merchants Ave, but this wasn't your average sale.

This closing was entirely dependent on two home sale contingencies—which just happened to be 5026 and 5027 Glenn Lodge Rd! ⛓️

That’s right: our clients on Glenn Lodge were neighbors who decided to start their life together in a new home. For them to get into Merchants Ave, both of their individual homes had to sell and close simultaneously.
