After 7 outbid offers, a lot of patience, and not giving up, we finally got them UNDER CONTRACT in a multiple-offer situation in Glastonbury, one of the hottest markets in CT.
This market is not easy, especially in towns like Glastonbury where good homes move fast. But with the right strategy, strong terms, and staying ready, we finally got it done.
