Feeling very grateful for this closing. My seller was extremely proactive in each step we had to take throughout this whole process, while maintaining the trust needed to complete this sale.

We accepted a VA loan which I am sure you have heard horror stories on, but this was smooth and completed pretty seamlessly. A couple of things came up such as some termite damage and an open permit, but these have been handled accordingly in time for closing!
