We are excited for this week’s kickoff feature for our Employee Spotlight Series. ✨ This week we are featuring Lisa Osburn who is our Operations Manager. We loved hearing what Lisa had to say about the favorite parts of her job, and working for Impression Homes. Here is what she had to say:

“My favorite part of my job is being able to help others. After more than 13 years with the company, I’ve had the opportunity to experience its incredible growth firsthand. When I started, our corporate office consisted of just four employees working out of a house in a neighborhood. Today, we have a dedicated office and a team of more than 80 employees!
Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge about our company and how we operate. I love being able to use that experience to help my coworkers, whether that means answering their questions directly or connecting them with the right person or resource. It’s incredibly rewarding to be someone others know they can turn to for help.”

“I enjoy working at Impression Homes because there is something truly special about being part of building someone’s home. A home is so much more than a house, it’s a place where you feel safe, spend time with family, welcome friends, make memories, and simply relax and enjoy life. Knowing that I get to play even a small part in creating that special place for someone is incredibly rewarding.”
