A Strong Foundation | Meet Our Owners
"We prayed the foundation would be strong." For our Owners, Joel and Michelle, this home was a calling, a commitment, and the place they hoped would hold and shape their family's memories for generations. That prayer, spoken as the foundation was being poured, became a defining moment in their story.
Their journey with Garabedian Properties began with trust built over decades. What made the process meaningful was the way every decision was handled β with care, foresight, and respect for how a family truly lives in a home. From the way the house was positioned on the lot, to storage intentionally tucked into everyday spaces, to iron gates designed for small dogs β every detail was refined to how Joel, Michelle, and their four daughters function in a home.
Seventeen years later, their home has become exactly what they hoped for: a gathering place, a haven, a gift meant to be shared. Holidays are hosted there. Friendships are built there. Children are raised there. Faith and hospitality are lived out daily. As Joel shared, this house was never meant to "terminate on us" β it was meant to serve others. We are grateful to have carried out that vision.
