A September to Remember! What a month for The Franco Team!

September kept us BUSY and there certainly wasn't a shortage of things keeping us on our toes, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We're so grateful for every client who gave us an opportunity, every person who referred someone our way, and everyone who continues to support The Franco Team.

We're also incredibly proud of the hard work our team put in throughout September. It takes a lot of dedication, patience and teamwork to keep everything moving and we're fortunate to have the best people who give it their all, every single day. 💙

August gave us plenty to celebrate and we're incredibly proud of what our team accomplished. We also know these numbers wouldn't exisit without the people who continue to choose us.

We cannot say thank you enough to the clients who put their trust in our team, the past clients who come back, the friends and clients who send people our way and everyone who mentions The Franco Team when someone says they're thinking about buying or selling.

With so many choices in real estate, being chosen is something we'll never take for granted. So while we're celebrating a great August, we're also celebrating our amazing clients! Thank you for trusting us, referring us, supporting us and allowing us to keep doing what we love!

Monthly production numbers aren't about bragging. Instead, it's a monthly reminder how amazing it is that people choose us to help them buy homes, sell homes, make moves, start new chapters, and navigate some pretty big moments in their lives.

July was another incredible month for The Franco Team, and while we're SO proud of what we've accomplished, we're even more grateful that we continue to have the opportunity to do it.

We get to do what we love because of our wonderful clients, and that's something we'll never take for granted. ❤️

From San Antonio to Trinity to Dallas to Houston and a few cities in between, we’ve been BUSY this week!

We listed EIGHT new properties across Texas this week alone and what's even more exciting is we have offers on 5 of the 8 properties already!

The other 3? We’re seeing showings, activity and working toward getting those sellers offers too!

One of the things we love most about what we do is that our business isn’t limited to one neighborhood, one city or even one part of Texas. Our team has the experience and resources to help clients buy and sell real estate across the state of Texas.

And no matter where the property is, the goal stays the same: create the right strategy, get eyes on the property and get our sellers RESULTS.
