Such a fun day at the GDAA Trade Show & Education Experience! 💜 I had the opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone and lead a Learning Lab — “Team Meetings That Don’t Suck.”
(Id like to think my team would back me up on that one… but I guess you’ll have to ask them)

I loved getting to speak on something I genuinely care about — my people. This experience challenged me & I definitely walked away learning just as much as I shared.

And of course, we had so much fun checking out the trade show, visiting vendors, and connecting with so many great people in our industry.🫶💜

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our Maintenance Lead, Faisal!! 🔧🎂

If you know us, you know one of our favorite hobbies is messing with Faisal 😂 So for his birthday, we’re giving him the greatest gift of all… one completely prank-free day. No tricks, no suspicious requests, no making him question what we’re up to. 😂

All jokes aside, we are so lucky to have Faisal at Meribel. He works incredibly hard, takes such great care of our community and residents, and somehow still puts up with all of us. 🤍
