This closing is a great example of why who you choose to represent you matters.

Before we ever got to the contract, there were lots of conversations, showings and even some redirecting as we narrowed down exactly what made sense for her. I also connected her with the right professionals to explore her options—financing, paying cash, or leveraging equity from her current property—so she could make the decision that worked best for her.

Once we found the one, it was time to negotiate. From the initial offer through inspections, specialty evaluations and plenty of back-and-forth, my job was to keep protecting her interests and moving us toward the finish line.

I’m seeing more buyers out looking, more activity at showings, and properties going under contract. If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines waiting for the “right time,” here are 3 things to think about right now:
