The open house that never happened… 👀🏡
We had an open house planned for Saturday, but things changed pretty quickly.
We priced this home with the market in mind, and just one day after going live, we received an offer OVER asking.
Needless to say, the open house was canceled. 😅
This is one of those situations that really shows why pricing a home correctly from the start is so important.
It’s not always about listing for the highest number possible. Sometimes, the right price creates more interest, brings more buyers through the door, and ultimately puts you in a better position when an offer comes in.
And honestly, this is one of the biggest reasons I believe having an agent who really knows the market matters. Every home is different, and the pricing strategy should be too.
One day on the market. Over asking. Under contract.
Pretty good reason to change that sign. 😉
Thinking about selling? I’d love to help you figure out what the right strategy looks like for your home.
