📊 JUNE 2026 MARKET UPDATE | ST. LOUIS CITY, ST. LOUIS COUNTY & ST. CHARLES COUNTY

The summer real estate market continues to show impressive resilience, with home values rising across the region and buyer demand remaining strong despite fewer homes coming on the market.

🏡 Home prices continue to climb:
• St. Louis County: Average sale price reached $439,684 (+12.2% year-over-year)
• St. Charles County: Average sale price climbed to $420,909 (+6.7% year-over-year)
• St. Louis City: Average sale price increased to $297,576 (+7.3% year-over-year)

📈 Here’s what stood out in June:

✅ St. Louis County
• Home sales jumped 16% year-over-year
• Average sale price hit another record high
• Homes averaged 31 days on market
• New listings remain below last year’s pace

✅ St. Louis City
• Average sale price is nearing the $300,000 mark
• Homes sold slightly faster than last year
• New listings increased year-over-year
• Closed sales remained relatively steady

✅ St. Charles County
• Closed sales increased more than 11%
• Home values continue to appreciate
• Fewer new listings are keeping inventory competitive
• Homes averaged just 30 days on market
