Not a real estate related post, however, it is very important to me.

I’m now back in St Louis after spending a few days in Texas. My son completed his Basic Military Training in the Air Force and is going to start is technical school tomorrow.

The overwhelming amount of love, pride, and gratitude I have for my son is indescribable. He didn’t have to serve in the military but he chose to.

Real estate is not for the faint of heart, they say.

The drop ceiling happened early this afternoon. Thank you God, no one was hurt. None of my tenants’ belongings were damaged.

My ever dependable handyman removed the drop ceilings and grid. The solution will be to drywall the ceiling.

The stack and pipe were done last week by STL Excavation. The work was done in one day! Thank you, Mike Petzold and team!

My strategy for future real estate investments is to do slow flips….contract for deed where I am the bank and the tenant buyer will be responsible for repairs.
