We are thrilled to welcome Jean Gillotti to the Century 21 AllPoints Team as Administrative Manager of our Southington, CT office. With nearly five years of real estate administrative expertise, a strong community presence, and a reputation for being dependable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping others thrive, Jean is an incredible addition to our team—and we couldn't be more excited to grow together!
Before real estate, she served as the right hand to the President of the Cheshire-Prospect Regional Chamber of Commerce . A role that sharpened her organizational skills and connected her to many local communities, she cherishes the relationships she has built.
In her most recent position, Jean helped keep a busy multi office brokerage run smoothly by managing transactions, commissions, social media support, and so much more! Her reliability, charismatic personality along with a steady presence made her a go-to for agents who needed things done right.
Outside the office, Jean is a Cheshire local, proud mom of three college-aged kids, a horse owner, and a dedicated dog mom with a personality as grounded and genuine as they come. She is known throughout the community for her warmth, her work ethic, and the fact that she knows practically everyone. The agents she supports get so much more than an office manager….they are getting someone warm, dependable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping the people around her succeed.
