We are approximately 45 miles north of Charlotte and 40 miles west of Winston-Salem, both large metropolitan areas. We are approximately 200 miles from the beach and 75 miles from several mountain ski resorts. Within 10 miles of Statesville is Lake Norman, the largest inland lake in the Carolinas. Statesville is a quiet community with good schools and churches and ample opportunity to enjoy the good life.
