🏡 3 SOLD this week! 🔑

A busy week of closings and three homes with new chapters ahead!

One closing helped a first-time homebuyer officially become a homeowner! 🎉🏡 Nate represented the sellers while I worked with the buyer, it's always great working together with other NextHome Priority agents to get everyone to the closing table!

The other two were for clients making a move, selling their current home and purchasing their next one. Getting both sides to the finish line takes plenty of coordination, and I’m grateful they trusted me to help make it happen.

Congratulations to everyone involved, and thank you for allowing me to be a small part of such a big moment!

Two recent closings, two very different properties, and two great results! 🏡🌲

Congratulations to my sellers on the successful closings of a beautiful home in the Eagle River area and 40 acres near Wisconsin Rapids!

The Eagle River sale was an extra special one, getting to help my brother through the process made it that much more meaningful.

Grateful for the trust, the opportunities, and another couple of SOLD signs! 🔑

Being a dad is the greatest title I'll ever have.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads, stepdads, grandpas, and father figures making a difference every day. Grateful for the opportunity to spend today with my family and especially thankful for the little guy who made me a dad.
