More acreage doesn’t always mean more usable space. 🏡🌳

A home sitting on .75 acre could actually give you a better backyard and more usable space than another home sitting on a full acre—or more.

The number on the listing only tells you how much land you’re getting. It doesn’t tell you how that land lives.

Is it level or sloped?
Front yard or backyard?
Wooded or open?
Private or secluded?
And most importantly—can you actually use it the way you want?

That’s why I tell buyers: Don’t shop for an acreage number. Shop for what you want to DO with the land.

Ask:
