Another dawn patrol, 6 AM instead of 5AM, a whole hour more of sleep, except who slept? Our bungalow was very cozy, the views were beautiful, but the altitude was a factor in not sleeping. Too tired to do anything more than download some pictures last night. It is now 5 AM on September 17th. I had no real concept of what "going north of Sapa" as we had spent an hour getting to Sapa and we were told we had 5 more hours to go. August brought continued activity across the region, with similar closing volume in Stowe and Lamoille County but distinct differences in pricing and market pace.

🌿 Lamoille County, VT
• 44 Avg. Days on Market
• 20 Closings
• $552K Avg. Sold Price

Stowe continued to reflect the strength of its higher-end market, with an average sold price of $1.2M across 19 single-family closings. Across Lamoille County, homes moved at a faster pace, averaging 44 days on market, with 20 closings and an average sold price of $552K.
