There he started at the bottom of the ladder as a telemarketer, while excelling on the phones, Craig was promoted to be one of the companies three sales directo

rs. While working as a sales director he was able to enlist over a 1000 realtors into the program. Although thriving at IDC, Craig decided to obtain his Real Estate license and take the plunge into selling Real Estate himself. He started as a sales agent with All Florida Realty Service in 2002, obtained his Broker's license in 2005, and was named Top Sales Associate in 2005 beating out over 300 agents statewide. In 2010, Craig, along with his business partner Matt Harrington (whom he worked with at IDC and All Florida) decided to open up their own Real Estate Brokerage, H & W Real Estate.
