A huge **THANK YOU** to our wonderful residents who joined us to unwrap, sort, break down, and melt old crayons to give them a brand-new life! What started as a collection of broken and forgotten crayons has been transformed into colorful new ones that will be donated to a local school. 🌈🏫

We love finding creative ways to bring our residents together while giving back to our greater community. Thank you to everyone who rolled up their sleeves, peeled more crayon wrappers than we could count, and helped make this project possible! 🖍️✨

Recently, our team stepped away from the office to connect with fellow apartment industry professionals for an afternoon competition at Lucky Strike for VAMA’s bowling event! 🎳

At BECO, our culture is built on more than the work we do each day, it’s about building relationships, supporting one another, and investing in our industry. ⚠️ Air Quality Alert Update ⚠️

The Air Quality Index (AQI) has increased to **151**, which is now considered **Unhealthy** for everyone.

For the health and safety of our residents, the **pool is now closed until further notice** due to the poor air quality conditions.

Residents are encouraged to limit time outdoors, especially prolonged or strenuous activities. Older adults and individuals with heart or lung conditions are at an even greater risk of experiencing adverse health effects and should remain indoors as much as possible.

To protect yourself:
• Keep windows and doors closed.
• Avoid outdoor exercise and strenuous activities.
• Stay hydrated.
• Monitor for symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, or chest discomfort.

Please take this advisory seriously and check on neighbors who may need assistance. We will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates regarding the pool and any other community impacts.
