It was definitely a scary time and people really came together like I had never seen before. So, where were you when the world stopped turning?

I was a professional photographer, taking yearbook makeup pictures for a school in Beaufort. When things started happening, nobody knew what was next and I was right beside a marine airbase. I got out of there as fast as I could, and took the long way home to avoid passing another military base.

Take a moment today to remember those that lost their lives during and as a result of 9/11.

Really loved the color choice for this one. The request was yellow, so I worked in a mix of yellows and deeper golds instead of keeping the background one solid shade. I love how it looks against all the black and gray in these three.

It is a great day for my clients and friends. We officially closed today and they are off starting their new chapter. We went under contract 9 days after listing. We worked through some unexpected snags and still closed in under 4 weeks. Priced right, marketed well and worked out every step to get a new family into the home that they had made so many memories in. It’s a great way to end the week.
